The rules for using the KNG Lab website, free guides and emails — in plain, fair language.

The short version
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and the operator of KNG Lab. By accessing this website (the “Site”), requesting a free guide, subscribing to our emails or otherwise using what we offer (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
The Services are provided by Daniil Krasnov, doing business as KNG Lab, (“KNG Lab”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@knglab.com.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
KNG Lab publishes practical educational content about AI tools, workflows, SEO and automation. The Services currently include this Site, free downloadable guides and resources delivered by email, optional email updates, and links to our social channels and to a free community hosted by a third party. We may add, change or remove any part of the Services at any time, and free resources may be updated or withdrawn without notice.
When you receive a free guide or other resource from us, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read, save and use it for your own learning and for your own internal business purposes.
You may not, without our prior written permission: sell, license, rent or charge for the resource or any part of it; publish, post or distribute it (including in other courses, communities, newsletters or on file-sharing sites); remove or alter our name, logo or notices; or present it as your own work. You are welcome to share a link to the page where others can request it themselves.
The Site and all content on it — including text, guides, designs, graphics, the KNG Lab name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the license in Section 5, these Terms give you no rights in them. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

Our content is for general information and education only. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, security or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. AI tools and models change quickly: names, features, prices, limits and behavior described in our content may be out of date or different for you, and AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for checking results and for how you use any tool, prompt, workflow or code, including compliance with the terms of the tools you use. We do not promise any particular outcome, income or result.
The Services may mention or link to third-party products and platforms, such as Anthropic’s Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity, n8n, Instagram, YouTube and Skool. All product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. KNG Lab is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you join our community on Skool, Skool’s terms and rules apply there, in addition to any community guidelines we post.
We send you the guide you requested. If you chose to receive KNG Lab emails, we will send you occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded by law (including mandatory consumer rights in your country).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KNG Lab and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any content. Because the Services are free, our total liability for any claim relating to them is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or stop sending emails, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5, 6, 8, 11, 12 and 14) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another place where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring claims in your own country or to rely on its consumer-protection rules, those rights are not affected by this Section.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or a notice on the Site). By continuing to use the Services after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
