Last updated: October 20, 2026

Notice at Collection — the short version

  • What we collect: your email address (and basic technical data when you visit the site).
  • Why: to send you the free guide you requested and, only if you tick the optional box, occasional KNG Lab emails with AI tips and updates.
  • Sold or shared? No. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, plus the short period described in Section 8.
  • Your choices: unsubscribe in any email, or write to info@knglab.com. Details in Sections 10 and 11.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled on this website (the “Site”) and in the free guides, emails and community links we offer under the KNG Lab brand (together, the “Services”).

The controller of your personal information (and the “business” under U.S. state privacy laws) is Daniil Krasnov, doing business as KNG Lab, (“KNG Lab”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@knglab.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a guide, we ask only for your email address. We also record which guide you requested and whether you ticked the optional box to receive KNG Lab emails. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, and the page that referred you (for example, a link from Instagram or YouTube). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. Our platform may produce basic, aggregated traffic statistics.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health data, precise location, government IDs, or financial account numbers), and we do not ask for it.

3. How and why we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Deliver what you asked for — send you the guide you requested. Legal basis (EU/UK): performance of a contract / steps you request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Send KNG Lab emails — occasional practical AI workflows, tips, new resources and updates, only if you tick the optional box on the sign-up form. Legal basis (EU/UK): your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Unticked box = no marketing emails.
  • Run, secure and improve the Site — prevent abuse and fraud, fix errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Comply with the law and handle legal claims. Legal basis: legal obligation / legitimate interests.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not sell it.

4. Email communications

We send the guide you requested. If you ticked the optional box, we also send occasional marketing emails from KNG Lab. Every marketing email contains a working unsubscribe link and states who we are and our email address info@knglab.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than 10 business days. After you unsubscribe we keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again by mistake.

You may still receive transactional or service messages (for example, a reply to a question you sent us).

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that process it on our behalf under written terms, and in the limited cases below:

  • Website platform and hosting: Tilda Publishing (tilda.cc), which hosts the Site and processes form submissions.
  • Email delivery and list management: Google (Google Workspace services used to receive sign-ups, store email addresses and send emails) [confirm the exact Google service(s): e.g., Gmail, Google Sheets].
  • Analytics and advertising: none. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
  • Community: if you choose to join the KNG Lab community on Skool, you do so on Skool’s platform under Skool’s own terms and privacy policy. We do not send your email to Skool unless you join.
  • Legal and safety: authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
  • Business transfers: a successor, if KNG Lab is merged, sold or reorganized (we will tell you if your information is affected).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (including in the 12 months before the date above). If this changes, we will update this policy and give you a way to opt out before it happens.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site and our website platform use cookies, local storage and similar technologies that are necessary to deliver pages, keep forms working and remember your privacy choices. We show a cookie banner so you can accept or reject optional cookies (for example, analytics cookies) and change your choice at any time through the cookie settings icon on the Site. Optional cookies are used only with your permission. We do not currently use advertising cookies.

Our fonts are served from our website platform’s content delivery network, not from Google Fonts, so loading the Site does not send your IP address to Google for fonts.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing where applicable. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. International transfers

We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. When we transfer personal information from the EU, UK or Switzerland, we rely on an adequacy decision (such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified) or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), together with appropriate safeguards. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards at info@knglab.com.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you are subscribed to our emails or until you ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active lists within 30 days and keep only a minimal suppression record (so we honor your choice) and any records we must keep by law. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and are not used to identify you. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to answer them and for reasonable record-keeping.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

10. Your rights — EU / UK (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
  • restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before you withdrew; and
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office).

To exercise a right, email info@knglab.com. We respond within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests, with notice). Providing your email address is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you a guide.

11. Your rights — U.S. states

Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and others), you may have the right to:

  • Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, purposes, and the categories of recipients;
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising and profiling — we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of today;
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it;
  • Data portability where available; and
  • Non-discrimination: we will not deny you service or treat you differently for exercising your rights.

How to submit a request: email info@knglab.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to use. We will verify your request by matching the email address you used with the one in our records (we may ask a simple follow-up question). We respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice). An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. If we deny a request, residents of some states can appeal by replying to our response; you may also contact your state attorney general.

California “Shine the Light”: we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

12. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-party links

The Site links to services we do not control, such as Instagram, YouTube and Skool. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, if the changes are material, notify you by email or a notice on the Site. If the law requires your consent for a new use of your information, we will ask for it.
